在熱循環(huán)期間,焊料在晶界受到漸進(jìn)非彈性變形。隨著溫度變化增加,造成的損壞程度也會(huì)增加。Alpha 的焊料由比例最佳的銀和錫,以及單晶微結(jié)構(gòu)組成,可增加熱循環(huán)可靠性。
由于成分不同,某些合金可能會(huì)在更加困難的熱循環(huán)條件下表現(xiàn)出比其他合金更好的熱疲勞抗力。在電路板組裝行業(yè)中公認(rèn)的一個(gè)事實(shí)是,銀含量更高的無(wú)鉛合金比銀含量較低或不含銀的合金更能承受更加惡劣的測(cè)試條件。Alpha 圍繞最終產(chǎn)品的最終使用環(huán)境開發(fā)了一系列無(wú)鉛合金。
